Yes. We welcome trial cases so your team can evaluate our design quality, communication efficiency, turnaround time, and case handling process before moving to regular cooperation.

We accept common digital dental files, including STL, OBJ, PLY, and other scan files from major intraoral scanners and lab scanners. Our team can work with common digital workflows such as 3Shape and Exocad.

We support fixed, removable, implant, and digital model cases, including zirconia crowns and bridges, E.max crowns, PFM restorations, implant crowns, custom abutments, screw-retained restorations, full dentures, partial dentures, night guards, custom trays, and All-on-X related cases.

Yes. We can follow your lab’s design preferences, including anatomy style, contact strength, occlusion requirements, margin preferences, emergence profile, and special instructions. The more clearly your team provides instructions, the better we can match your workflow.

For manufacturing cases, we can support international delivery through common shipping methods or your preferred freight forwarder. Shipping time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and case volume.
